What to Expect During the
Membership Process

As part of the application process, prospective SOWER couples will be asked to:

• Complete the SOWER application
• Share your personal salvation testimony
• Request a letter from your pastor confirming your Christian commitment
• Complete a criminal background check, as projects often involve children and vulnerable adults

Once all application materials are received, they are reviewed by a SOWER Trustee. A trustee will then contact you to schedule an interview and walk through the next steps together.
